Rivet and SRT

Rivet utilizes SRT (Secure Reliable Transport), which is a video streaming transport protocol that can connect endpoints while delivering low latency, packet loss recovery, jitter reduction, firewall transversal, and secure encrypted communication - all over public internet.  To achieve these qualities in the past would have required high-cost or complex solutions that would have been burdensome to both the producer and their guests.  In this new environment of increasing “virualization”, SRT allows Rivet to maximize efficiency and ease-of-use for all remote broadcasting.
